One of the goals of The Long Island Thunderbirds Car Club is to support local charities to help those in need. Our annual car show raises money for Building Homes For Heroes, a great organization that builds or modifies homes, and gifts them, mortgage-free, to injured veterans and their families
On 11/13/22 The Long Island Thunderbirds continued its support of our veterans and participated in "Operation Enduring Care" The club donated much needed clothing, hygiene items and a cash donation and will continue to participate in similar events. Thank you to our members who helped with donations to our Charity Fund.
